We have a resume processing/logging system that takes approximately two weeks to complete. During that time, we send out a Eximo card stating that we are considering our present needs and have your information on file.

We are a progressive company seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and self motivated candidate with the necessary skills required to help generate new business as part of our Asia Pacific Communications team based in Smithfield , NSW.
Our Asia Pacific Communications department is a small team of people responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities to feed in to our sales channels.
Your key duties will include:
- - Managing the quotation register for Australia and New Zealand
- - Following up quotes
- - Conversion of quotes to orders
- - Obtaining information on prospective new business opportunities via telephone
- - Following up, qualifying and quantifying prospective customers via telephone as part of direct marketing activities and campaigns
- - Maintaining accurate and timely databases and reports
- - Ad hoc marketing activities
To secure this role you will need:
- - Experience in a results focussed sales/customer service role
- - Experience in dealing with customers in industrial markets
- - Ability to discuss and understand technical issues and solutions
- - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- - Confidence and a sense of humour
- - Attention to detail
- - Good hands-on experience with Microsoft Office (Particularly Excel, Word and Outlook)
