The principal application of SpeedLock Modular Ducting is any manufacturing industry where fumes, dust or other suspended airborne matter requires extraction without leakage of air or conveyed product, into the immediate atmosphere.

Please note A > B and A ≠ C it is the largest value of B and C that must be applied in the calculation

Calculation of L1 and L2
for 2 x 30°

L1 = (A x 0.134) + 50
L2 = (B x 0.866) + 100

Calculations
L2 = (L1/2) - ((A+C) / (4 tg∞))
L3 = ((L1-L2) / cos∞°))
- ((B/2) x tg ∞°)
Example
A = B = C = 200
L1 = (200 x 0.207) + 50 = 91.4
L2 = (200 x 0.5) + 100 = 200

With conical 'Y' pieces where A > B, A < C and B = C, L1 and L2 must be specified

Example
A = B = C = 200
L1 = (200 x 0.134) + 50 = 76.8
L2 = (200 x 0.866) + 100
= 273.2
