| Flexible thermoplastic rubber ducting | 17-05-07 |

Our flexible thermoplastic rubber ducting with high exposure resistance has shown itself to be so widely applicable that automotive workshops even use it as a replacement for sections of worn, expensive hose reels used in the removal of exhaust fumes.
ExFlex, a ducting made of lightweight and very flexible thermoplastic rather coated polyester fabric, is widely applicable for the suction of exhaust fumes, chemical fumes and gases, even under mechanical influence.
It is also an ideal replacement for worn sections of expensive hose reels used in automotive workshops in the removal of exhaust fumes.
Fully crush recoverable, the product is given its high strength through a polyamide Helix and a very functional long-lasting wear strip.
ExFlex has very good chemical resistance to fumes of acids and solvents and is UV and ozone resistant.
Rot proofed, the product withstands severe flexing is compatible with over floor real systems.
Black in colour, the product has a 0.4mm wall thickness and a temperature resistance range starting from as low as -40°C up to +150°C.
Maximum weight is 5 kg/m, its bend radius ranges from 0.41mm to 1.44mm, maximum work pressure bar ranges between 85 and 300, and the maximum vacuum bar is between 0.5 down to 0.06.
