Materials handling systems that use conveyors often encounter situations where dust is a potential problem, particularly at transfer points where there is more impact and higher activity.
It pleases us to know that an expert solutions provider with a proven track record on conveying systems chooses our ducting products for many of its projects.
ESS Engineering specialises in the total material control of belt conveyor systems and material flow, through the supply of high quality equipment and spares, combined with proven high quality design and advice.
The company develops, installs and supports superior conveyor and bulk materials handling systems by partnerships built with its customers to ensure the continued profitability of both customer and supplier.
Market segments serviced by ESS include mining, ship loading, power stations, food processing, quarries, cement plants, coke works, steel works, fertiliser processing and foundries, or any other industry requiring material control.
The company manufactures, installs and services conveyor sealing and cleaning equipment namely: conveyor belt cleaners; primary, secondary, reversing and return in either mild steel or stainless steel with standard, high temperature, chemical resistant, tungsten, and high tensile and stainless steel blades.
